How to use it

After completing your Discover phase, share your findings with your wider stakeholders.

Use the template presentation above to create your own "playback" of the Discover work. It outlines key topics that will help engage your stakeholders and prepare them for the next phase.

Plan to spend 60–90 minutes on this session.

During the session you’ll:

  • Share what you set out to discover and what methods you used
  • Present key insights and findings from your research
  • Highlight the main user needs and pain points you identified
  • Share the top opportunities you've identified to focus on in the next phase

End the session by discussing next steps and getting input from stakeholders on what excites them most about the opportunities ahead.
